About The Position
Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoastal Maine. CMH's hospital facilities include Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Bridgton Hospital and Rumford Hospital. Requirements
- AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred
- One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred
- County Specific requirement: County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the dietitian, performs the necessary clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy as well as appropriate temperatures of patient trays.
