Requirements

Proven diesel technician experience (15+ years preferred for top-tier pay)
Strong diagnostic ability using laptops & dealer-level software
Ability to perform full-spectrum repairs independently
ASE certifications highly valued (and compensated)
Must provide personal hand tools
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, not required)
Physically capable of lifting, bending, climbing, and standing as required

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled PMs and comprehensive fleet inspections
Diagnose and repair Class 1–Class 8 trucks & fleet equipment
Engines (diesel & gas), electrical systems, HVAC, brakes, suspension, steering & drivetrains
Use OEM diagnostic software (Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, Mitsubishi, etc.)
Conduct road tests and verify quality control standards
Document repairs accurately and professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, safety-first workspace
Communicate clearly with service advisors and leadership
