Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks and trailers or similar equipment (e.g., agricultural, construction, waste collection truck).
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic software and using a laptop for manuals.
  • Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics.
  • A minimum of two ASE Certifications within the first 6 months of employment (we'll reimburse you!).
  • A valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with vehicle maintenance (lifting, bending, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • A solid attendance record and punctuality are essential for this role.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable with MIG welding is a plus.
  • T-series ASE Certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements on our fleet.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex electrical, engine, and transmission problems.
  • Address issues with aftertreatment systems (DEF/emissions), perform regens, and change filters.
  • Work with your team to maintain accurate records, optimize vehicle performance, and minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and industry best practices to ensure our fleet is always DOT compliant.
