Requirements

3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks and trailers or similar equipment (e.g., agricultural, construction, waste collection truck).
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems.
Proficiency with diagnostic software and using a laptop for manuals.
Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics.
A minimum of two ASE Certifications within the first 6 months of employment (we'll reimburse you!).
A valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with vehicle maintenance (lifting, bending, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
A solid attendance record and punctuality are essential for this role.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable with MIG welding is a plus.
T-series ASE Certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements on our fleet.
Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex electrical, engine, and transmission problems.
Address issues with aftertreatment systems (DEF/emissions), perform regens, and change filters.
Work with your team to maintain accurate records, optimize vehicle performance, and minimize downtime.
Adhere to all safety protocols and industry best practices to ensure our fleet is always DOT compliant.
