What You’ll Do Diagnose, repair, and service marine and industrial diesel equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support customers after the sale. Follow service manuals and schematics to complete repairs safely. Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles. Work with a small, team-focused group that supports each other. What We’re Looking For Diesel technicians with 3+ years of experience — agriculture and heavy equipment backgrounds encouraged. Mechanics known for reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic. Team players willing to jump in and help when needed. Individuals with a valid driver’s license and clean record. Rebuild experience is highly valued — but attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.
