WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Advanced diesel diagnostics & troubleshooting Engine, transmission & drivetrain repairs Electrical / ECM system diagnostics Working on Class 8 trucks + diverse fleet Using top-tier software: DiagnosticLink Cummins Insite Bendix / Wabco Collaborating on high-level repairs—not just oil changes SECOND SHIFT = OPPORTUNITY We are actively building out our 2nd shift team. ? REQUIREMENTS – READ THIS CAREFULLY Minimum Requirements 6–12 months diesel or mechanical experience (preferred, NOT required for trainees) Valid driver’s license Strong problem-solving ability Able to work independently AND on a team Flexible schedule with willingness to work SECOND SHIFT Preferred (Not Required – We’ll Help You Get There) ASE certifications Michigan Heavy-Duty Mechanic License Fleet maintenance / diagnostic software experience ? Physical / Work Environment Lift 35+ lbs Bend, kneel, squat, and work in shop conditions Operate tools and equipment Pass drug & alcohol screening ?? Requirements

  • 6–12 months diesel or mechanical experience (preferred, NOT required for trainees)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Able to work independently AND on a team
  • Flexible schedule with willingness to work SECOND SHIFT
  • Lift 35+ lbs regularly
  • Bend, kneel, squat, and work in a shop environment
  • Operate tools and shop equipment safely and efficiently
  • Must pass drug & alcohol screening

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certifications
  • Michigan Heavy-Duty Mechanic License
  • Experience with fleet maintenance / diagnostic software
