About The Position

Join Fabiano Brothers as a Mechanic and play a key role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and on the road. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Valid CDL (required)
• Experience in vehicle maintenance and repair (diesel experience preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete timely repairs
• Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with team members to support fleet operations
