About The Position

Are you an expert in mechanical systems who thrives on keeping a supply chain in motion? We are looking for a purpose-driven Maintenance Professional to serve as an essential connector for our delivery operations. In this role, you aren’t just fixing engines; you are an essential partner ensuring the safe and efficient transport of critical products. From diagnosing complex diesel tractors to becoming highly skilled in specialized cryogenic and hydraulic systems, you will help us advance our standards of technical excellence. You’ll act as a strategic contributor within the logistics environment, implementing smart solutions that uphold the highest standards of safety and precision.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in highway equipment maintenance
• A valid Driver's License (regular)
• Experience with a variety of basic hand, power tools and equipment.
• Must have own hand tools
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and written; ability to read/understand English
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical school classes preferred

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of transportation regulations
• Class A CDL is preferred but not required
• Computer literacy; Google Chrome, TMT, on-board OEM computer diagnosis systems
• Someone with solid diagnostic experience in ABS and DEF systems, including maintenance software programs, is driven by results and could excel in the office and on the shop floor.
• ABS, DEF and experience utilizing maintenance programs is in addition to all other requirements
• Cryogenics exposure/experience

Responsibilities

• Expertly maintain, repair, and overhaul diesel tractors and specialized systems to ensure all equipment meets DOT standards and safety protocols.
• Implement creative solutions to ensure smooth equipment flow and translate maintenance reports into impactful service strategies.
• Partner with the team to communicate technical needs clearly while cultivating a "Safety First" environment focused on proactive maintenance.
