About The Position

Your day as a LionHeart Parts Specialist kicks off with a cup of coffee and a quick chat with your teammates, setting the tone for a day full of collaboration and problem-solving. As the requests start rolling in, you'll dive into sourcing parts for industrial generators and auxiliary equipment. Maybe it’s tracking down a hard-to-find component from a supplier or updating a quote with the latest pricing—each task keeps you on your toes.
Your role will be focused on ensuring the availability of critical components for servicing and repairing industrial power systems. Using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills, you'll collaborate with Field Service Engineers to locate and procure parts for generators, engines, and electrical switching equipment. You'll dive into vendor catalogs, investigate hard-to-find components, and develop relationships with suppliers to uphold LionHeart’s high customer service standards.
Your ability to manage multiple priorities will shine as you juggle sourcing, pricing, and inventory tasks while ensuring equipment downtime is minimized. Whether responding to time-sensitive parts requests, updating quotes with current market information, or identifying cost-effective alternatives, you’ll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
