About The Position
Fuel Shop Technician is responsible for the diagnosis, inspection, repair, calibration, testing, and assembly of diesel fuel injection components. Must be able to maintain a clean, organized work area.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble, inspect, clean, repair and reassemble diesel fuel injection components.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections to verify component condition and quality.
- Set up, operate, and maintain fuel injection test equipment and tooling.
- Calibrate and test fuel system components to manufacturer and internal specifications.
- Follow documented quality procedures, processes, and work instructions.
- Accurately document work performed, measurements taken, and test results.
