Requirements

High School Diploma
Able to carry/lift an average of 30 lbs

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Ability to occasionally solve any problems that may arise
Knowledge of how to bend and grind steel; Know bend cutting rules to fit patterns
General idea/knowledge of die building techniques
