Requirements

  • An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Electronics
  • A minimum of two years in SMT, PCBA, or assembly-related fields
  • Adept in comprehending communication protocol nuances
  • Expert with circuit diagram interpretation and the SMT process
  • Well-versed with essential testing machines and methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Administer detailed evaluations and repair works for our product lines
  • Effectively operate electronic assessment tools and execute specialty tests
  • Adept in identifying equipment malfunctions and finding effective remedies
  • Use analytical techniques to decode faults and achieve resolutions
  • Ensure prompt restoration and verification of mid-process goods
  • Author detailed evaluations of test discrepancies and present improvement strategies
  • Implement in-circuit assessment tools to evaluate components up close
  • Use X-ray equipment for precise troubleshooting measures
  • Collaborate on complex challenges with engineering teams
