Requirements

An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Electronics
A minimum of two years in SMT, PCBA, or assembly-related fields
Adept in comprehending communication protocol nuances
Expert with circuit diagram interpretation and the SMT process
Well-versed with essential testing machines and methodologies

Responsibilities

Administer detailed evaluations and repair works for our product lines
Effectively operate electronic assessment tools and execute specialty tests
Adept in identifying equipment malfunctions and finding effective remedies
Use analytical techniques to decode faults and achieve resolutions
Ensure prompt restoration and verification of mid-process goods
Author detailed evaluations of test discrepancies and present improvement strategies
Implement in-circuit assessment tools to evaluate components up close
Use X-ray equipment for precise troubleshooting measures
Collaborate on complex challenges with engineering teams
