About The Position

Diagnostic Services & Clinical Training Manager vacancy in Rutland, MA Monday-Friday with on-call rotation. The salary range is $79,000 - $90,060 depending on education and experience. $3,000 Sign-on Bonus Devereux Massachusetts serves children and adolescents with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges. In the role of Diagnostic Services & Clinical Training Manager, you will provides oversight and coordination of psychological assessment services utilized in our residential, group home and therapeutic day programs. Coordinates assessment services (i.e. diagnostic evaluations, program specific assessment, and outcomes assessment) and provides supervision to clinical practitioners completing assessments. Provides supervision to Masters and Doctoral level trainees, and staff clinicians as needed. Works collaboratively with the training department to coordinate clinical training topics across the agency, and oversees clinical orientation and onboarding for new employees of the clinical department. Also works collaboratively with Devereux’s Director of Clinical Training on coordination of clinical training requirements. Serves as a member of the Clinical Leadership Team, while also serving as a consultant to all departments and conducting clinical auditing as needed. Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license required
  • A Doctoral Degree (PsyD. or Ph.D) from an accredited institution of higher learning in Psychology, Social Work or an Ed.D. with specialization in counseling and direct treatment services to children, or its equivalent.
  • Must be licensed psychologist in MA or if new state resident, must be license-eligible and complete licensing requirements within 90 days of first becoming eligible.
  • 2 years of human services experience providing clinical services required
  • Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.

  • 2 years of supervising/coordinating clinical services preferred
