About The Position

Position Overview: Provides clerical support to physicians, technical staff and medical staff to expedite diagnostic imaging services for patients. The Diagnostic Imaging Support Clerk II also serves as a mentor for other staff. This role involves registering and scheduling diagnotic imaging services, assisting with patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• One (1) year of experience in a Diagnostic Imaging setting
• Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of medical coverage plans including HMO, PPO, and state programs with registrationexperience and point of service collections
• Proficient in scheduling general diagnostic imaging appointments

• Bilingual in Spanish
