About The Position

Position Overview: Provides clerical support to physicians, technical staff and medical staff to expedite diagnostic imaging services for patients. The Diagnostic Imaging Support Clerk II also serves as a mentor for other staff. This role involves registering and scheduling diagnotic imaging services, assisting with patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. When it comes to quality, we're 5 Star! Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
One (1) year of experience in a Diagnostic Imaging setting
One (1) year of experience in scheduling general diagnostic imaging appointments
One (1) year of experience demonstrating In-depth knowledge of medical coverage plans including HMO, PPO, and state programs with registrationexperience and point of service collections
Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish
Effective written and verbal communication skills
