About The Position

Position Overview: Provides clerical support to physicians, technical staff and medical staff to expedite diagnostic imaging services for patients. The Diagnostic Imaging Support Clerk II also serves as a mentor for other staff. This role involves registering and scheduling diagnotic imaging services, assisting with patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. When it comes to quality, we're 5 Star! Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
One (1) year of experience in a Diagnostic Imaging setting
Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Effective written and verbal communication skills
In-depth knowledge of medical coverage plans including HMO, PPO, and state programs with registrationexperience and point of service collections
Proficient in scheduling general diagnostic imaging appointments
