Lead efforts with subordinate managers to plan, organize, implement, and monitor projects to increase performance and meet operational goals. Collaborate and communicate with administration and staff for developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Work with other leaders to integrate child support services with all programs administered by the Department of Health and Human Services. Create a stable and positive environment for staff. Build and maintain positive team environments both internally and externally to ensure the provision of quality programs and services to the public. Develop and implement quality enhancing program policies, procedures, and plans to evaluate program performance and service delivery. Develop and implement action plans to address areas of improvement to ensure clients' needs are met and compliant with program and funding requirements.
