The DFC Loan Funding Administrator will handle a range of activities to ensure Funding operations run smoothly. Tasks include, but are not limited to, receipt and management of loan application documents, uploading applications into the loan origination software, maintaining email, auditing, booking of loans and submission of funding requests. The DFC Loan Funding Administrator reports to the DFC Loan Funding Supervisor.

Requirements

  • PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Directs incoming applications and documentation to the appropriate processors
  • Assesses capacity of processor queues to delegate workload appropriately
  • Manages and maintains email inbox and FabSoft throughout the workday
  • Scans and saves all documentation as directed
  • Books all ‘ready to book’ applications by the end of business each day, completing a checksheet for each
  • Dispatches daily funding requests to banking
  • Other duties as assigned
