  • 2-8 years of experience in software engineering/development
  • Experience with container tools like Docker and Podman, container management, and associated technologies like Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and process workflows (GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc)
  • Familiarity with version control tools, i.e. Git
  • Experience with modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Packer, Terraform, Ansible
  • Familiarity or experience interacting with modern cloud providers and related technologies, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Services

  • Automate network provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Packer.
  • Support and mature DevSecOps pipelines (CI/CD) for network automation and configuration management.
  • Deploy and manage network capabilities within containerized and orchestrated environments (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).
  • Integrate modern cloud networking constructs (AWS VPCs, subnets, gateways, route tables, IAM, Azure VNets/subscriptions, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and optimize hybrid networks spanning on-prem, cloud, and container platforms.
  • Assist with secure system integration, automated testing, and compliance processes against DoD RMF, DevSecOps, and Zero Trust guidelines.
  • Collaborate with software developers, security teams, and system engineers to ensure resilient and scalable network solutions.
