About The Position

Responsibilities Coordinate with Other time zone/ offshore Team Interact with users regarding there problem Support Ticket solutions and handling Understand new products/Tools being introduced to support them Azure Devops CICD and Administration

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Azure DevOps Services
  • Hands-on experience with: Repos (Git), pipelines, permissions/security, boards/backlogs, and artifacts/feeds
  • Troubleshooting builds and releases for engineering teams
  • 3-5 years of experience in Scripting and Automation
  • Proficiency in PowerShell or Bash to: Automate routine support and maintenance tasks
  • Collect diagnostics and interact with Azure DevOps or cloud resources
  • 3-5 years of experience in .NET / C# and Build Troubleshooting
  • Ability to: Build and debug C#/.NET solutions
  • Read and interpret build logs, dependency issues, and common failures
  • Work with MSBuild-based pipelines
  • 2-3 years of experience in Cloud and Infrastructure Basics
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP, VMware, or similar)
  • Familiarity with: Provisioning and managing virtual machines
  • Core concepts of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Packer, or similar tools)
