We are looking for a highly experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, infrastructure as code, and monitoring solutions, with the ability to lead DevOps initiatives across enterprise-scale environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years in DevOps engineering with enterprise-scale systems.
  • CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
  • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • IaC: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
  • Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
  • Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Splunk, Datadog.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to lead projects and work in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
  • Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer
  • Candidates must be eligible for new H-1B filing
  • OPT, STEM OPT, CPT (with required experience), H-1B transfer, EAD, GC, and USC candidates may apply

Responsibilities

  • Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes for microservices and monolithic applications.
  • Implement release management strategies ensuring zero-downtime deployments.
  • Design and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost management.
  • Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Configure service meshes (Istio, Linkerd) for microservices communication.
  • Implement autoscaling, load balancing, and high availability strategies.
  • Set up observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, Splunk, or Datadog.
  • Implement proactive alerting and incident response automation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and performance tuning.
  • Integrate DevSecOps practices into pipelines (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning).
  • Manage secrets and credentials securely using Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or Azure Key Vault.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards (ISO, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Partner with developers, QA, and operations teams to embed DevOps culture.
  • Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices.
  • Drive automation-first mindset across the organization.
