About The Position

The DevOps Engineer plays a key role in delivering and optimizing core application and Azure infrastructure across multiple environments. Working as part of cross-functional project teams, this role actively participates in daily stand-ups and collaborates closely with developers, architects, and operations teams to support and advance DevOps initiatives. The position focuses on setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing Azure environments, automating deployments, and ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7-10 years in a similar role.
Proven hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and Terraform.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
Familiarity with Databricks and Azure Data Factory for data platform automation.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, and governance best practices.
Experience working collaboratively within agile or cross-functional teams.
A proactive mindset with a passion for automation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English

Nice To Haves

Experience with Puppet and Bitbucket would be nice to have.

Responsibilities

Set up new Azure DevOps projects and design CI/CD pipelines tailored to specific project requirements.
Design, develop, and manage CI/CD processes for:
Application deployments
Databricks deployments (jobs, notebooks, clusters, etc.)
Terraform-based infrastructure deployments
Automate infrastructure and application deployment processes using reusable Terraform modules to ensure consistency across environments.
Manage and optimize Azure environments to support scalability, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure all deployment processes and infrastructure configurations comply with internal security and governance standards.
