About The Position
DevOps Engineer (Onsite) Client: Global Financial Services Platform Location: Boston, MA – Onsite 3–5 days/week (remote flexibility for strong profiles) Local or relocatable candidates strongly preferred Start Date: ASAP Duration: 9-Month Contract with possible extension Please include details of environments supported, tools, and team size Skills: CI/CD Pipelines, Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), AWS/Azure, Monitoring/Alerting Job Requirements: Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications Strong background in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or similar) Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience managing Linux-based production environments and troubleshooting performance issues Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation Experience setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch Ability to collaborate closely with development teams to improve build, deployment, and release processes Comfortable implementing security best practices in pipelines and infrastructure Experience participating in on-call rotations and incident response for production environments Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) and an automation-first mindset
Requirements
