About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong Salesforce platform expertise to support the development, automation, and deployment of enterprise solutions. This role bridges development and operations, focusing on building scalable systems, automating CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure, high-performing Salesforce environments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working on complex IT projects
  • 2+ years in a leadership role as a DevOps Engineer
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Administrator, Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Salesforce CLI, DevOps Center, Copado
  • Experience with event-driven architecture (Platform Events, Change Data Capture)
  • Hands-on experience with OmniStudio suite (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataMappers/DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
  • Proficiency with development tools such as Visual Studio Code or IntelliJ IDEA
  • Strong experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and release planning

Responsibilities

  • Develop backend logic using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch processes)
  • Build front-end components using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Design and implement workflows using OmniStudio tools (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures)
  • Manage data transformations using DataMappers/DataRaptors
  • Implement and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Ensure seamless data flow and communication across systems
  • Configure and maintain middleware and API connections
  • Optimize automation using workflows, validation rules, and custom objects
  • Implement platform security best practices (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)
  • Ensure compliance with governance limits and performance benchmarks
  • Maintain secure and scalable application architecture
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Salesforce CLI, DevOps Center, and Copado
  • Maintain version control using Git (branching, merging, pull requests)
  • Coordinate deployments across development, staging, and production environments
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and implement automated testing frameworks
  • Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies using tools like JIRA
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
