About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design and implement scalable automation solutions across the software development lifecycle. This role focuses on improving quality, efficiency, and reliability through automated testing frameworks and process optimization, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce platforms.

Requirements

7+ years of experience working on complex IT projects
2+ years in a leadership role as an Automation Engineer
3+ years of Salesforce development experience (Service Cloud, CRM, or related platforms)
3+ years of experience configuring and customizing Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC

Nice To Haves

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Advanced Administrator)
Experience with Salesforce data architecture (objects, relationships, schema)
Strong understanding of security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
Experience with automation tools such as Provar, Selenium WebDriver, or SmartBear
Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) from a testing perspective
Hands-on experience testing integrations and custom components
Experience validating OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataMappers)

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable automation solutions to support quality assurance objectives
Identify process inefficiencies and implement automated controls to improve quality
Develop end-to-end automated testing scenarios across systems and applications
Define automation scope, test coverage, and validation strategies based on requirements
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for functional and non-functional requirements
Create and maintain automated test cases for workflows, validation rules, and security models
Validate Salesforce configurations, custom development, and integrations
Perform hands-on testing and automation across multiple frameworks when needed
Implement automation for Salesforce components including Flows, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataMappers), and custom solutions
Test and validate user interactions, integrations, and custom components
Ensure platform solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards
Gather requirements from stakeholders and provide automation strategy recommendations
Act as a domain lead, coordinating efforts across QA teams and third-party resources
Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to support delivery timelines
Support audit-ready testing processes and compliance validation
Maintain documentation for test strategies, automation frameworks, and QA processes
