About The Position

The Veradigm Engineering team is seeking a talented software engineer intern, passionate about creating life-saving technology for doctors and patients, to join us for an 11-week summer 2026 internship. Our cloud-based architecture is hosted in AWS and Azure. Veradigm's mission is transforming health, insightfully, by harnessing the power of research, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) to develop scalable data-driven solutions that bring significant value to all healthcare stakeholders. The Veradigm Network is a dynamic, open community of solutions, external partners, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies that provide advanced insights, technology, and data-driven solutions. This role contributes to solving many of today’s healthcare challenges being addressed by biopharma, health plans, healthcare providers, health technology partners, and the patients they serve.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and DevOps concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform) is a plus.
Familiarity with utilizing AI tools in your coding workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with configuring, monitoring, and maintaining cloud environments on Azure and AWS.
Support the automation of deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications.
Help troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives.
