The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps processes, tools, and automation frameworks. This role also includes troubleshooting issues across the infrastructure stack and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system architecture and how various components interact, including servers, databases, APIs, load balancers, firewalls, and related technologies. Experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Windows Server, SQL, Azure DevOps, Datadog, Terraform, and Ansible is essential.   • Automate infrastructure deployment and maintenance using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps.
  • Configure and administer Kubernetes, Helm charts, and Docker images.
  • Manage projects through all phases: planning, design, execution, and completion.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across service components to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
  • Solid understanding of monitoring, observability, and system performance.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Experience working within defined security and compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, or equivalent standards, and familiarity with secure cloud environments such as Microsoft GCC and Azure Government.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations.
  • Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is mandatory (due to federal government clearance requirements)
  • Configure and monitor systems using Datadog.
  • Experience or exposure to the following technologies: Kubernetes, Windows, IIS, NGINX, DNS, Helm charts, Conductor, AWS Lambda, Docker, Hangfire, PrizmDoc, SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
