Job Description We are seeking a Senior Backend DevOps Engineer to join our Delivery Engineering Squad, responsible for accelerating and optimizing the continuous delivery of applications and services. This position is strategic for ensuring robust, scalable, and secure pipelines, as well as contributing to the evolution of our engineering platform.

Requirements

Solid experience in backend languages (preferably Java, Go, or Python).
Advanced knowledge of CI/CD (Gitlab, ArgoCD, etc.).
Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong mastery of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience with monitoring and observability (Datadog, Grafana, ELK).
Best practices for pipeline security and credential management.
Proactivity and the ability to work in agile environments.
Good communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
A mindset focused on automation and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

Experience with microservices architecture.
Conhecimento em feature flags, progressive delivery e deployment strategies (canary, blue/green etc).
Familiarity with SRE and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend solutions focused on DevOps process automation.
Create and evolve CI/CD pipelines with a focus on high availability and security.
Implement integrations between internal systems and continuous delivery tools.
Ensure observability and monitoring of solutions (logs, metrics, alerts).
Collaborate with development squads to improve deployment and release practices.
Participate in defining the architecture and technical standards for the Delivery platform.
