About The Position

• Develop a thorough understanding of eCommerce products to be tested, including functional and technical requirements and customer business processes. • Actively participate in planning sessions and all scrum ceremonies, providing meaningful inputs. • Collaborate with the scrum team and product owner to develop test scenarios for producing test cases and scripts. • Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts based on new product feature requirements and defect fixes. • Create and execute regression test packs. • Review requirements/specifications for testability and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to validate product acceptance criteria. • Specify requirements for environment data resources and tools, ensuring appropriate test environments are provisioned. • Create detailed test scenarios and cases. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in software testing.
Strong hands-on experience testing front-end and back-end eCommerce systems.
Extensive experience in defining manual/automated functional test specifications, test execution, and reporting.
Experience with API Testing (Postman) and Jenkins for CI/CD.
Ability to understand complex business and technical domains.
Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
