About The Position

Developmental Trainers/ DSP are needed to assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities within their workplace and community. Create excitement as a Developmental Trainer/ DSP and empower each person we serve to live the life they want to live! FULL TIME, MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM - 4PM This position is a back up driver position, driving a shuttle is a requirement $17.50/hour to start! Opportunities to provide job coaching, teach new skills thru educational and arts curriculum, provide instruction on various hobbies and activities, and assist them in accessing and being members within their community. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old w/ accredited HS diploma/GED
  • Requires successful completion of criminal background checks, including MVR
  • Requires valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record
