About The Position

Engaging in productive phone conversations with people who have developmental disabilities as well as their families and other stakeholders Answering questions and addressing concerns Conveying information about available human services, how to apply for services, and the timeframe for receiving services Documenting details from phone conversations in a computer system What Liberty offers: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour (depending on experience) 30 days of paid time off each year for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal days Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, disability insurance, and life insurance Health Savings Account, 401k plan, and other perks Details on Liberty’s benefits plan are available at http://www.libertyhealthcare.com/upload/138.pdf You will also receive training and gain valuable health and human services knowledge and experience. Where and when you’ll work: You will work onsite at Liberty’s office at 8850 Emerald Street in Boise, nearby the Boise Towne Square Mall. You will enjoy a collegial and professional office environment and work alongside a team of caring and compassionate health and human service professionals. You have the option to work either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Requirements

  • Positive and optimistic attitude
  • Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help others
  • Outstanding verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Patience, empathy and great active listening skills
  • Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, call center work, or a healthcare/human service role
  • Bilingual or conversational Spanish speaking skills aren’t required but are highly valued
  • Priority consideration given to applicants with professional or personal experience supporting people who have disabilities
