The Development Officer is responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding major gift prospects and donors to Rochester Regional Health. The Development Officer will effectively manage a major gift pipeline for Rochester Regional Health hospital, clinical departments, community programs and/or service Lines, and ideally raise in excess of $750,000 per year. This position has a focus on raising money for education, including the College of Health Careers, and innovation initiatives.
