The Development Officer is a key frontline fundraiser responsible for advancing Duke Arts’ philanthropic priorities. Reporting to the Director of Development, you will plan, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive annual giving, engagement, and stewardship program for individuals, corporations, and foundations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual giving strategy, donor cultivation, and stewardship activities.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of prospects to strengthen the major gifts pipeline.
• Coordinate engagement activities, communications, and Duke Arts Advisory Board interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Duke University to support multi-interest prospects.
