POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Engagement and Volunteer Manager (CEVM) will be responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of the group and individual volunteer and mentoring program, as well as identifying and enhancing community partnerships and alumni services related to fundraising, facility rentals, marketing, awareness, and program participation. These relationships are critical in fulfilling our mission. He/she/they will develop and oversee the facilitation of special events, tours, activities, and outings with the appropriate OYHFS department and volunteer and donor groups. The responsibilities also include working with the CACO to assist with fundraising events, corporate partnerships social media, tours for prospective donors/board members, facility rentals, and other community-service opportunities. This position does require travel and will oversee program at various OYHFS locations up. Primary office will be located in either Highland Park and/or Woodland Hills.
