About The Position

Responsible for leading the technology team in the design, creation, testing, and release of Trusted.com's technology offerings. Provide guidance and direction to project managers, developers, and other technology specialists to optimize project planning and integrate technology solutions. Create, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure coding standards are consistent and adhere to current industry standards and industry best practices. Manage Trusted.com's internal and external software development and technology resources.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in job offered or related occupations of Team Lead, Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst or related occ.
At least four years experience in supply chain risk management and/or cybersecurity industry.
At least two years as a technical manager, with a direct line of at least 2 reports.
Experience must include work with Java, J2EE, ORM, SQL, and PL/SQL Queries, Shell Scripts, VMware administration, and Jboss application server administration.
Must have designed at least one ownership tracking system or product origin tracking system.
Must have implemented at least one publically-available system with payment gateways such as authorize.net, PSI Gateway, Stripe.
Must have implemented at least one publically-available system with PayPal payment integration using PayPal API.
Must have implemented integration with one public marketplace such as eBay, Amazon or Shopify.
Experience in Web Frontend templating engines such as ThymeLeaf.
Experience in using IDEs like Eclipse, MyEclipse, JDeveloper.
Experience in designing and developing wireframes using Microsoft Visio.
Knowledge in Design Patterns like MVC, Singleton, Facade.
Skilled in Database design using Oracle, MySQL.
Experience using XML, XSL, XSLT, HTML, DHTML, SOAP, Web Services.
Experience in Struts, Spring, Hibernate Frame Work.
Experience in Spring Security with LDAP Directory, X.509 Certificates.
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, WSDL, XML, XSLT as well as familiarity with SoapUI and Altova XMLSpy.
Experience in API Testing with Swagger, PostMan, SoapUI.
Experience in Automation Testing using Selenium, Rational Functional Tester.
Experience with the following tool-sets Micro Focus Reflection, IBM Rational, SQL Developer, JIRA.
Experience managing the code repositories using GIT, SVN.
Experience in Build tools such as Maven, Gradle, ANT.
Experience in Linux scripting languages.
Experience in Linux based operating systems such as Ubuntu and CentOS.
Experience in deploying and maintaining the applications on Oracle Enterprise Server, JBOSS Enterprise Application Server and standing up servers using VMWare.
Experience in Cloud services such as AWS, Rackspace.
Experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO.
Experience must also include involvement in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and developing detailed specifications, application coding, and unit and systems testing.
Travel to client sites required.

Responsibilities

Determine the overall product or solution design, lead development and ensure successful implementation in new or existing system.
Lead Agile Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Standups, Demos and Retros; Ensure deliverables meet functional and design standards.
Create, maintain and enforce policies and procedures to ensure coding standards are consistent and adhere to current industry standards and best practices.
Manage the company's internal and external software development and technology resources.
Act as primary customer interface and project interface with Executive Team.
Plan, organize, direct, and track technical, cost, and schedule status for projects.
Manage system development lifecycle development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.
Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions.
Confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities.
Work with Product Manager to lead the design, development and implementation of our secure supply chain risk management platform in use by commercial clients.
Collaborate with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design web sites integrated with other business systems including warehouse order processing, B2B (business-to-business), and B2C (business-to-customer) applications.
Lead the technology team to ensure availability and scalability of our e-commerce platform; performance, load and stress testing, remediating as issues are discovered; analyze platform for data integrity and cybersecurity issues, remediate as issues discovered.
Design business requirements to one or more data models comprising of data types, relational mappings and tree structures.
Automate monitoring tools to monitor system health and reliability to support SLAs.
Troubleshoot production issues; assure availability and scalability of our e-commerce platform.
Performs benchmark, performance, load and stress testing, remediating as issues are discovered.
Analyze platform for data integrity and cybersecurity issues, remediate as issues discovered.
Design and development of Responsive Web Applications, Search Engine Optimization, Web Development, and Pay-Per-Click management, and Enterprise Content Management solutions for customers.
Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
Backend database testing in Oracle database environment including validating stored procs, jobs and triggers.
Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.
Automate monitoring tools to monitor system health and reliability to support SLAs; Troubleshoot production issues.
