About the Team Ingram Micro’s Emerging Business Group (EBG) is dedicated to helping new and innovative technology vendors succeed in the channel. We provide end-to-end support including relationship management, market development, sales, marketing, and technical enablement. Focus Areas: Artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, modern infrastructure, and modern workforce solutions. About the Role The Development Executive serves as a strategic growth catalyst, driving partner engagement across the EBG vendor portfolio. Acting as the lead market development resource, this role collaborates with internal Customer Experience Reps, Ingram Micro Sales teams, vendor sales teams, and channel partners to design and execute go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of six years previous strategic, outside sales, account management experience (preferably in a related industry), or four years of technology or distribution experience in a sales or customer service capacity

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, pipeline development, solution selling, and reseller enablement.
  • Leveraging data-driven insights via the Xvantage platform to identify high-potential accounts and expand market share.
  • Cultivating strategic internal and external relationships.
  • Negotiating terms and representing Ingram Micro at client meetings and industry events.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and operations to ensure successful deal execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Driving net-new opportunities for the vendors supported by the EBG team.
  • Develop relationships with Ingram Micro sales executives and existing partners.
  • Regularly introduce new EBG vendors to drive incremental sales.
