The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a systems-minded operator who loves bringing structure to complexity and driving real-world impact. As our project portfolio expands, you'll move solar projects forward by executing critical workflows and improving the processes behind them. Specifically, you'll execute and refine a range of tasks across Wunder's solar portfolio. Many of these tasks are structured, software-enabled workflows inside Astra, our proprietary development platform. You'll take ownership of these workflows, driving throughput, ensuring high-quality execution, and continuously improving the underlying processes. Through this work, you'll gain deep exposure to the inner workings of solar development at scale. Wunder's ability to deploy assets quickly and consistently is powered by Astra, which encodes market intelligence, identifies patterns, and automates large portions of execution. You'll collaborate closely with Wunder's Technology team to refine the logic, data, and automation that guide development and ensure consistent quality. Requirements
