We are looking for an experienced and motivated Development Director to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY. Development Director position details: We are hiring for a Part Time position.

Requirements

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in non-profit fundraising, stewardship/donor relations, event management, and Board of Director relations.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Foundation Trustees and the President/CEO of the Episcopal Church Home and Affiliates, Inc. on establishment of major fundraising goals.
• Develop and coordinate a master plan for all fundraising activities including, but not limited to, annual giving, capital campaigns, major gifts, and foundation and corporate support.
• Direct the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of the various capital, endowment, annual, and annual appeals.
• Organize and plan fundraising special events including logistics, invitations, solicitation of sponsors, fulfilling sponsorship benefits, tracking participants, and event follow-up.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and utilization of technology to meet the needs of the development operation.
• Manage a personal outreach program with donors and prospects.
