The Development & Culture Learning Specialist will support the deployment of learning programs and sessions within the Development & Culture team. Under general supervision, he or she will ensure communication channels, metrics, calendars, and program logistics are up-to-date, deployed effectively, proactively communicating with team members and other stakeholders. This role requires close partnerships with team members to ensure that our internal customer experience is unrivaled. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ Year of Learning Operations or classroom experience or comparable (scheduling, tracking, updating)
  • Knowledge of any Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Word, PPT, Excel
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensures facilitators, program managers, participants, and other key stakeholders have the information they need in an accurate, timely, and professional manner
  • Supports end-to-end program logistics and training operations: logistics, materials, coordinate food and beverage, purchasing, financial tracking and maintains a consolidated calendar of training courses or events and coordinates the use of facilities or equipment
  • Communicates with program managers and facilitators regarding enrollments, participant questions, and logistics to ensure a smooth training delivery
  • Communicates with enrolled participants using templated communications according to program schedule, partnering with program managers to maintain schedule and content
  • Submits course publication requests and the administrative and deployment functions for online content, programs & sessions, and for the corporate onboarding program
  • Participates in the development and maintenance of procedures, templates, and/or communication channels for learning programs and sessions as assigned
  • Tracks completion of sessions and programs in the LMS based on participant attendance, creates surveys as requested by team members and report monthly metrics including updating appropriate scorecards
  • As desired, facilitate meetings and or training sessions as further development
  • Other duties as assigned
