Tykes and Teens is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Development Coordinator to support the organization's fundraising, marketing, and community engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of fundraising events, managing donor data and communications, support marketing and social media efforts, and ensuring accurate donor stewardship. The Development Coordinator will play a key role in helping advance Tykes & Teens' mission by strengthening donor relationships, expanding community awareness, and supporting philanthropic initiatives that ensure all children have access to mental health care, regardless of their ability to pay. Experience you will bring: Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Strong social media and digital marketing skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva Preferred Key Competencies Attention to Detail Initiative and accountability Collaborative Team player Strong interpersonal skills Passion for non-profit mission-driven work Ability to maintain confidentiality

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong social media and digital marketing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, event planning or nonprofit administration
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
