This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station. The Development Coordinator will provide administrative support for the development operations of the IAH . The position will be responsible for fundraising administrative support, weekly stewardship, donor/volunteer communications, advisory board relations support, advisory board meeting and development event coordination, gift processing, data management, solicitation crafting and planning, data management, expense tracking, development operations scheduling, and day-to-day office management. The position will also serve as a key liaison with the Arts and Sciences Foundation Office regarding gift processing including a focus on the annual fund, gift/pledge corrections, solicitation, mailings, and stewardship reporting. This role is vital to meet the IAH’s fundraising goals and continued successful stewardship of large donors to the University. The vast majority of IAH funding comes from provide gifts and endowments with an annual fund goal of $300,000 along with a campaign goal of $20M.
