About The Position

The Development Coordinator III, Seattle Children's Annual Giving & Guild Association, supports key elements of the Annual Giving and Guild Association fundraising teams' programs. This role involves coordinating projects, managing standard communications and mailings, maintaining donor data integrity, and providing special event support. The coordinator works closely with both fundraising teams to implement strategies that drive goals forward, ensure effective communication, and manage operational solutions, overseeing a moderate to high volume of complex work. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates knowledge and competency
  • Five (5) years of program coordination support, including a minimum of two (2) years managing and successfully completing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working on process improvement projects with cross-functional teams
  • Successful track record convening and facilitating dialogue with multiple and diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with drafting, editing and developing communications and/or reports
  • Current Washington State driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Two years’ experience working in a not-for-profit organization of similar size and scope
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Experience in task management solutions such as Smartsheet
  • Experience with graphic design software (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Experience working with data management, preferably a customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Blackbaud CRM or Raisers Edge
  • Experience working with volunteers
  • Experience in coordinating and/or supporting special events
