About The Position

Advance Seattle Children's comprehensive Donor Engagement program. Coordinates and implements events systems to ensure donor satisfaction and compliance with internal and external reporting guidelines. Supports multi-faceted solicitation, cultivation and stewardship activities for the Donor Engagement program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative support experience, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to email, schedule, and communicate with internal and external constituents in customer service oriented role.
• Also to include experience with project management activities and / or event coordination.
• Fundamental understanding of fundraising practices and principles.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Familiarity with Washington State philanthropy environment.
• Knowledge of database systems and health care fund raising.
• Experience with a not-for-profit organization.
