The Development Administrator plays a key role in advancing Growing Home’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Development in the following areas: · Identifying, researching, and assisting with writing grant proposals to foundations, government agencies, and other institutional funders. · Manage and maintain data entry for the organization’s donor database (RENXT), ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and effective segmentation for outreach. · Collaborate with the marketing team to design donor engagement materials, including newsletters, impact reports, and campaign collateral. · Supports preparation for donor site visits and media opportunities.
