About The Position

The publishing team focuses on sidehustles.com empowering global entrepreneurs with innovative content. Our AI driven media buying division optimizes campaigns for maximum ROI across digital channels with expertise in lead generation, referrals, and affiliates. We are seeking a skilled Developer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, maintaining, and enhancing our software products and applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and innovative solutions leveraging AI and cutting edge technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar
Experience with web frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Django)
Familiarity with database design and management (SQL or NoSQL)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI or machine learning technologies is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications and software solutions
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement features
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure software quality and performance
Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
