Developer Relations Engineer
About The Position
Developer Relations at Judgment Labs ensures that agent teams have world class documentation, cookbooks, demos, and educational content. You will help developers adopt our SDK, understand evaluation best practices, and integrate our tools into their workflows. Judgment Labs builds infrastructure for evaluating, monitoring, and improving long trajectory agents. Leading AI labs and fast growing companies use our platform to measure agent behavior, train reward models, and create reliable self improvement loops. Our work sits at the center of agent reliability and rapid iteration. We are a venture backed company based in San Francisco, working in person to move quickly and build the core systems that will shape the next generation of autonomous agents.
Requirements
- Strong technical communication and writing skills
- Ability to build small applications and demos in Python and TypeScript
- Experience with developer tooling or open source ecosystems
- Interest in agents, evaluation, and LLM workflows
Nice To Haves
- Prior DevRel experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build clear documentation and learning resources
- Create cookbooks, guides, and example applications
- Produce demos and sample agent setups for users
- Engage with the community and gather feedback for the product team
- Support users in adopting judge models, evaluation pipelines, and reward tools
