About The Position
SCS Engineers is looking for a Developer focusing on AI to be based in our Miami office. The Developer will drive improvements to software products, working individually or as part of a team, to ensure excellence in user experience. The individual will take part in the full software development lifecycle and is responsible for user/business system requirements, responding to outages, creating application system models, and analyzing and testing new and existing software to improve performance and maintenance. The developer has experience with one or more of the following: AI, Python, Java, C#, or Power Platform/SharePoint.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science, or a similar technical field of study required
- Minimum of 3 years in LLM agent development required
- Minimum of 3 years with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry or something similar required
- At least 3 years working with MS SQL Server required (advanced SQL knowledge is preferred)
- At least 2 years working with Agentic models and AI Agents required
- Experience with Microsoft AI tools or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Mobile application development experience is a plus
- Azure cognitive services
- Microsoft Copilot studio
- Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse
- Azure/Fabric Power BI
- Document intelligence
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents to complement business functions
- Implement AI Agentic systems using existing applications
- Data collection and methods to produce high-quality AI agents
- Monitoring and improving AI performance
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to help produce AI Agents to deliver business efficiencies
