About The Position

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team and help us maintain the pristine quality of our vehicles. Job Overview: As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and detailing both new and pre-owned vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence. This role is crucial to delivering a first-class experience for our customers and ensuring that every vehicle reflects the luxury and precision associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a car detailer or in an automotive-related role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for cars.
  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a car detailer or in an automotive-related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
  • Apply protective finishes to vehicle exteriors and interiors.
  • Inspect vehicles for flaws and imperfections, reporting any damage to the appropriate personnel.
  • Use specialized tools, cleaning agents, and products to ensure vehicles are immaculate.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment.
  • Assist in moving vehicles to and from the service area, as well as organizing vehicle inventory on the lot.
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure all vehicles are detailed to customer expectations and dealership standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the dealership's day-to-day operations.
