Requirements
- Prior automotive detailing experience preferred (luxury vehicle experience is a plus, but not required).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and pride in your workmanship.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

- luxury vehicle experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing on Mercedes-Benz and Porsche vehicles to meet brand presentation standards.
- Wash, wax, polish, buff, and apply protective finishes to ensure showroom-level appearance.
- Deep clean interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, conditioning leather, and detailing trim and glass.
- Prepare new, pre-owned, and service vehicles for delivery with meticulous attention to detail.
- Safely operate detailing equipment, tools, and cleaning products while following dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
- Inspect vehicles for cosmetic imperfections and report concerns to management as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized detailing workspace and uphold safety and quality standards.
