We’re looking for a Detailer to help maintain Maverick’s reputation for top-quality vehicles. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, leads by example, and enjoys mentoring teammates to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with ability to drive a variety of vehicles
- Proven experience in automotive detailing (required)
- Keen eye for detail and passion for consistent, high-quality work
- Natural leadership ability — able to encourage, guide, and support peers
- Dependable, team-first mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle physical aspects of the role
Responsibilities
- Perform high-level detailing (interior/exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, etc.)
- Set the quality standard for all finished vehicles
- Inspect and sign off on completed work to ensure Maverick’s standards are met
- Provide guidance and coaching to other detailers when needed
- Assist the manager in keeping workflows efficient and supplies organized
- Step in with hands-on detailing to support the team and set the pace
