Xcite Automotive is seeking Automotive Detailers for its partner dealers in Westminster, Maryland. The role involves providing comprehensive cleaning, polishing, and refurbishing services to vehicles, ensuring their pristine appearance both inside and out. The company is looking for individuals who take pride in their work and are dedicated to making vehicles look their best.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional automotive detailing experience (dealership or reconditioning environment preferred).
• Strong knowledge of detailing tools, chemicals, and safe handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment with high turnaround demands.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and full-time availability (including some weekends if required).
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in and around vehicles for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience detailing vehicles in a dealership or high-volume reconditioning shop.
• Familiarity with paint correction, buffing, or ceramic coating.
• Strong time-management skills to handle multiple vehicles per day.
• Team player with good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down doorjambs
• Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris
• Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches and torn upholstery.
• Takes out unwanted materials when needed
• Keep the car wash area clean/organized
• Utilize special purpose cleaners to insure lasting cleanliness of vehicle
• Operate all tools in a safe manner
• Report any safety issues to Management
